Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Shipping
We ship orders using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. If your order is received before our cut-off time (2pm Monday-Friday), it should be delivered to you the next working day. However, this is not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods. Items will be trackable to the point of delivery.
Larger items are currently not posted out, but are available for ‘Click & Collect’. If using our Click & Collect service, we will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please do not try and collect before. If you select a large item to be posted, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
If you live within a 10 mile radius of the shop, and are purchasing an item over £500, we will deliver your item(s) for free. Please phone us on 01524237930 if you require this service.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Wright@Home, we hope you really love your purchases. However, if you are not happy with all or part of your order and require an exchange or refund, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
You have 30 days from receiving your order, to return or exchange an item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery
- Personalised or made‑to‑order items
- Gift Vouchers
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return or exchange, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return, using the email address below:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Original delivery charges are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@wrightathome.uk, including pictures of the item(s). We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
