AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
These Legal Terms create a legally binding agreement between you (personally or on behalf of an entity) and Neil Wright Associates Ltd, regarding your access to, and use of, our website (“Site” or “Services”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with, and be bound by, all these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH SOME OR ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

Wright@Home is a trading name of Neil Wright Associates Limited. In these Terms & Conditions references to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Wright@Home and Neil Wright Associates Limited.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
The information provided on the Site is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such distribution or use would be unlawful. Users accessing the Services from outside the UK do so at their own risk and are responsible for local compliance.
By using our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You will use the website lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes.
- You will not introduce viruses or attempt unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or withdraw access at any time without notice.
3. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display product colours, features, and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee total accuracy and displays may vary. All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. Prices are subject to change.
Packaging may occasionally differ from images shown.
4. PRICES
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
Price changes do not affect already‑placed orders.
5. ORDERING
When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us.
You will receive an order confirmation email, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order and will contact you and refund any payments made.
6. PAYMENT
We accept payment by debit/credit card (American Express not currently supported).
Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the receiving your order, to return or exchange an item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Gift Vouchers

9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We will alert you of such changes by updating the ‘Last updated’ date of these Legal Terms. It is your responsibility to occasionally review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the Services after the revised date of the Legal Terms, means you have accepted the modified Terms.
